We Providing National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories(NABL) accredited Instruments analyzing present energy consumption, carrying out equipment performance, evaluating tariff provisions and comparing them with their respective benchmark values to identify energy conservation opportunities. Energy cost saving calculations is carried out for all the identified energy saving measures and most optimal measures are recommended for implementation. Based on the saving potential, investment required and ease of implementation, various energy saving measures are prioritized for implementation. After project implementation, proper monitoring is needed to be carried out to ensure the savings. In order to achieve the above objectives, the assigned teams of consulting engineers were deployed to carry out the required observations, tests and checks at site. It included data collection, power measurement of different electrical equipment, measurements and site observations etc. In order to make the audit systematic and methodical, based on scope of work, detail formats for recording measurements has been developed and used during the audit. Prepare an annual activity plan and present to management concerning financially attractive investments to reduce energy costs.
